What’s really Driving Your PCOS Symptoms?
PCOS is not one-size-fits-all.
It can show up differently in each woman because different underlying factors can be driving your symptoms.
This 3-minute quiz helps you identify the main PCOS type influencing your hormones, energy, and menstrual cycle, so you can stop guessing and start supporting your body with clarity and intention.
Instead of generic advice, you’ll finally understand why your body is responding the way it is and what it actually needs right now.
Living with PCOS often feels like this...
-
Your period shows up whenever it wants or not at all
-
You’re exhausted no matter how much you rest
-
Skin issues or excess hair affect your confidence
-
You’ve been told to “just lose weight”
-
The pill was offered as the only “solution”
-
You’re doing everything right, but nothing seems to work
-
Fertility feels like a constant question mark
The problem isn’t that you’re not trying hard enough.
PCOS symptoms are driven by different underlying patterns, and until you understand which one is affecting you, it can feel like you’re stuck in a loop.
Meet Your PCOS Practitioner
Hi, I’m Mimi! Licensed Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and founder of Nutristica.
For a long time, I was told to eat less and work out more to manage my PCOS. I tried harder, restricted more, trained more and yet, nothing changed.
My cycles were irregular and my body felt stuck. I kept feeling like I was doing everything right, but still failing.
After years of focusing on the wrong approach, everything shifted when I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it.
Instead of chasing symptoms, I learned how to identify the root cause driving them. Once I supported my body based on what it actually needed, things began to change.
My cycles became more regular. My weight started to regulate naturally. And my symptoms no longer felt out of control.
Today, I help women with PCOS do the same by understanding their unique PCOS pattern and supporting their hormones with clarity, not restriction.
This quiz is a first step toward that understanding. And I can’t wait to guide you through it.
